Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Inemmo’s perspective on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) involves leveraging our expertise and collaborations to generate a beneficial influence on a global scale, extending beyond the boundaries of the United Kingdom. We are convinced that embracing social and environmental responsibility is not only advantageous for the well-being of our planet as a whole but also indispensable for ensuring the enduring viability of our business.

Inemmo’s CSR approach places emphasis on addressing the concerns that hold utmost significance for our business partners, while also identifying areas where we can effectively and practically make substantial contributions in terms of time and resources.

The Inemmo ‘Levelling-Up’ Coaching and Mentoring Programme

Inemmo operates a highly successful coaching program called ‘Levelling-Up’ that aims to provide explicit support to young individuals who encounter various forms of inequalities and discrimination.

The coaching program initiates with weekly sessions but gradually reduces as the mentee’s confidence grows. The frequency of coaching interventions is determined by an ongoing assessment of the mentee’s needs. The participation in inemmo’s ‘Levelling-Up’ program incurs no financial cost for the young individuals.

This program has played a crucial role in fostering their resilience, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, self-leadership, accountability, and career progression. Since its establishment in 2015, the program has significantly expanded. Joy Maitland and Atiya Sheikh, the directors of Inemmo, are dedicated to meeting each individual at their current stage and assisting them in reaching their desired or necessary goals.
