The inemmo approach to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is to use our expertise, and partnerships to create a positive impact not just in the UK but around the globe. We believe that being socially and environmentally responsible is good for our planet as a whole, and essential to the long-term sustainability of our business.
Inemmo’s CSR strategy prioritises the issues that are most important to our business partners and the areas where we believe we can realistically make the greatest contribution in terms of time and resource.
The Inemmo ‘Levelling-Up’ Coaching and Mentoring Programme
Inemmo runs a successful ‘levelling up’ coaching programme with the explicit purpose of supporting young people, who face inequalities and discrimination of all types.
The coaching begins with weekly sessions but gradually decreases with growth of the mentee’s confidence. An ongoing assessment of needs shapes the frequency of all coaching interventions. There is no financial cost to the young people who participate in inemmo’s ‘Levelling-Up’ program. The program has been integral to the development of their resilience, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, self-leadership, accountability, and career advancement. The program has greatly expanded since its inception in 2018. Inemmo directors Joy Maitland and Atiya Sheikh remain committed to meeting each individual where they are, and to helping them get to where they want, or need to be.
