Joe is a Leadership Coach with over 10 years’ experience supporting professionals across their entire career journey. He has particular expertise in Sales and Customer Service Excellence acquired within a variety of public and private sector businesses in the UK, US, Canada and China.
Many of Joe’s clients operate within software development companies, IT network infrastructure and the energy sector. Joe typically works with business owners and sales managers who are frustrated with their sales performance and/or would like a fresh view on how to increase their and their team’s communication, sales and overall leadership performance. He is dedicated to unlocking talent and helping businesses grow by bringing an analytical and creative mind to solving strategic problems, building the optimum Sales team and driving high performance; creating a culture that can be sustained over time.
Joe is passionate about helping others achieve more than they think possible. Delivering medium to long term Sales and Leadership coaching using reinforcement-based coaching within a structured methodology; which focuses not just on sales techniques but also the sales person’s own behaviours and attitudes.

Joe has a keen interest in and understanding of International Relations, Globalisation, and the Global Political Economy with a focus on the ASEAN and China regions. He speaks Mandarin Chinese, which he started learning in his 30s, and has an appreciation of how Chinese culture and politics influences business practices.
