I particularly like the Lumina Spark model because it shows how I use my 3 different personas under different circumstances – underlying, everyday and overextended personas. I have not stopped talking about it because in my role as an HR practitioner, I need to resolve staff many issues, assess candidates for specific roles for optimal performance. The knowledge I have so far is helping me to easily assess myself to see where I may be overextending. I strongly believe it will help me improve my relationship with my direct team, other colleagues and family. As a practitioner, I will help my organization to improve on our general interaction with each other.
