Annie Babah Alargi is inemmo’s Country Representative, Ghana with over 26 years combined professional and consultancy experience. She is an expert in unique value marketing with key experiences that include business capability development, policy formulation, business operations overhaul, solution based corporate training, SME business development, and the development of total frameworks for product quality, customer service and relationship management.
Annie has a wealth of hands-on senior level business experience with a reputation as an insightful and highly knowledgeable professional with genuine business acumen. Her past roles include Corporate Customer Relations Manager at Diageo, Customer Relationship Marketing and Corporate Citizenship, Partner at Westpoint Consulting and Consumer Services Manager at Nestle Ghana Ltd. At Guinness Ghana, Annie was instrumental in the development of a policy document on Non-Communicable Diseases adopted by the WHO at a regional consultative meeting in 2012. As part of her public policy role, she also engaged key government stakeholders that enabled political currency and sustainable business practices for Guinness Ghana.
Annie studied at various institutions including the Harvard Business School, Boston. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Leicester, UK; a Professional Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK and Ghana respectively. She is a Licensed Lumina Spark Psychometric Practitioner, a Certified Women Entrepreneurial Coach with dual Women Entrepreneurial Leadership Certificates from the China Europe International Business School and CEIBS in partnership with IESE Business School in Europe.
