What is inemmo?
"Inemmo" is that personal velocity within all of us. It is our drive, our determination, and our magnetism towards success. We all have dreams and goals, and inemmo is the force that pushes us to achieve them.
What inspired you to become a Momentum Coach?
Momentum Coaching is my passion. I have worked in the UK and overseas with some of the world's leading organisations including, Cable & Wireless, The 3M Company, The Sony Corporation & The Royal Bank of Scotland. I understand many of the challenges facing businesses as they attempt to improve company results by developing the leadership performance of their young stars. I have also seen many talented colleagues burn out before they have achieved their true potential. How much more gratifying to see people find the path that gets them where they want to be. What inspires me? Influencing true personal growth through individual change.
How did you become qualified to be a Momentum Coach?
Coaching is a gift. All my life I've had a knack for pinpointing the roots of problems; not the superficial stuff, but the underlying causes of depression, anxiety, and a failure to succeed. Still, I went through years of training on a personal & professional level before I would call myself a Momentum Coach.
I have trained with a number of world renowned organisations in the UK and the US. Most notable amongst these are Coach Training Alliance, Anthony Robbins, Tad James Co., Psychology of Vision and Sedona Training Associates.

Why do you call it "Momentum Coaching?"
I have been to many 'personal development' seminars which initially had great positive impact on me. I would leave them ready to take action. My entire life was going to change for the better. I was going to catch that falling star and rock my world. But then just three months down the line and I'd be stuck again, back in what seemed to be the same old routines.
That's why I call what I do "Momentum Coaching". It's not about starting out on the road and stopping at the first sign of heavy clouds or even the first drop of rain. Those of us who do stop do so because we decide to project into the future and come up with a lot of excuses as to why that journey would be impossible at that time. We try to convince ourselves that it's ok to give up, that we have good reason to. In reality, we are fooling ourselves by making up excuses because we are scared - scared of success.
Do you believe we fear success?
Yes, I do believe that we often fear success. Success brings with it change, something foreign and unknown, and that can be scary. Even if you are unhappy with your current path, it is familiar. Taking the path into the unknown requires that you take a risk. That's not always an easy decision even when you know it will lead to something much greater. Coaching for me is about helping people get on that road, helping them to keep going when it would be easier to stop, helping them to believe that there is a bright and brilliant light at the end of the tunnel even if they can't always see it. Coaching is about believing in clients when they have not the strength to believe in themselves.
